• Valid Indiana Special Education Teacher (SPED) license required
• Previous experience working with high school students preferred
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and families
• Knowledge of best practices in differentiated instruction, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Commitment to fostering inclusion and academic growth for all learners

• Provide direct instruction and support for students in accordance with their IEPs
• Adapt curriculum and modify instruction to meet diverse needs
