• Deliver advanced critical care, emergency treatment, and life support during air and ground medical transports.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and interventions under dynamic and challenging conditions.
• Accurately document patient care details, transport information, and billing records.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, medical personnel, and external stakeholders.
• Engage in regular training, education, and skill development to uphold clinical excellence.
• Adhere to all protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support public relations and community outreach as needed.

• Certification: Active paramedic certification in Indiana (required).
• Experience: Minimum of three years in a high‑volume 911/pre‑hospital setting (five years preferred).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred; instructor certifications are a plus).
• Specialized Training: FP‑C certification (required within 24 months of hire).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare‑related field (preferred).
• Skills: Exceptional communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, maintain weight below 235 lbs, and pass pre‑placement physical exams.

• Earnings: Competitive pay with potential annual earnings up to $81,170
