Salary: $18.00 - $27.40 per hour

Department Manager Responsibilities- Heart of House (HOH) Manager: Manage all food and product operations in the HOH area, supervise staff, maintain a safe environment, and improve profitability through revenue and labor management.
- Bar Department Manager: Oversee bar operations, manage beverage inventory and RAS compliance, hire and train bartenders and bar servers, and maintain profitability.
- Hospitality Manager: Supervise dining room service, manage team planning and development, and ensure a safe environment.
- Staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and ongoing development of department team members.
- Develop action plans for direct reports and coordinate hiring decisions with other department managers.
- Create weekly department schedules within labor guidelines and implement incentive programs.
- Provide regular performance feedback and administer semi‑annual merit increases.
- Assist the General Manager with coaching other managers and ongoing performance management.
- Utilize World Wide Wings training tools and follow up on training schedules.
- Maintain current state‑required training and permits for team members.
- Run restaurant’s Guest Comment program and address food‑quality complaints.
- Use Guest Experience Management (GEM) to provide feedback and adjust guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate new product rollouts and ensure vendor compliance.
- Operate department within health and safety regulations and maintain equipment repairs.
- Track food and beverage costs, labor, and profit goals; manage inventory and use cost tools.
- Execute marketing and sales building incentive contests for the team.
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably with a full bar.
- Passion and commitment to a fast‑paced, sports‑centric environment.
- Team‑focused, championing team success and providing necessary tools.
- Open availability, including nights and weekends.
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, results‑driven, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic mathematical proficiency.
- Track record of managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced work environments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, satisfactory background check, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Completion of the Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
The role requires regular lifting of heavy items up to 50 pounds and the ability to stand for extended periods. The job may involve late nights, weekends, and occasional travel between units.
