Grain Elevator

Peoplelink Staffing is now hiring Grain Elevator Operators for a busy agricultural facility in the Marion area! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in an industrial and outdoor environment.

Job Duties:

• Load and unload grain trucks and railcars
• Operate conveyors, augers, and grain handling equipment
• Monitor grain flow and product quality
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Assist with inspections and basic maintenance tasks
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working around machinery and at varying heights
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Previous agricultural, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus
