Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: MARION, IN
Pay Range: $16
Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift
What's the Job?
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery efficiently and safely
- Assist in assembling products according to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What's Needed?
- Relevant manufacturing or production experience
- Experience working in an SQF-certified facility is a strong plus
- Demonstrated stability in previous roles with a pattern of long-term employment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
