Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery efficiently and safely

+ Assist in assembling products according to quality standards

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

+ Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines

** What's Needed?*
* + Relevant manufacturing or production experience

+ Experience working in an SQF-certified facility is a strong plus

+ Demonstrated stability in previous roles with a pattern of long-term employment

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
