We are seeking a compassionate and skilled 1st Shift Nurse to join our team at The Wyndmoor of Marion, an assisted living facility in Marion, Indiana. As a member of our dedicated healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high‑quality care and support to our residents.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report resident conditions, concerns, and progress to the Charge Nurse and/or Director of Nursing
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
• 0 years of experience in a long‑term care setting (n/a years of experience in a related field may be considered)
