Summary of Position:
This Physical Assessment Facilitator position will provide essential support to the Division of Nursing, School of Integrated Health, Nurse Practitioner Programs by evaluating students during onsite physical assessment residencies.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Observe and evaluate student performance in a simulated setting.
* Provide feedback to students regarding their performance in completing advanced health assessment skills.
* Provide remediation to students as needed.
* Collaborate with full-time faculty to ensure students are prepared to perform advanced health assessments.

Qualifications:
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
* Professional handling of confidential information.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with students and faculty.
* Capacity to represent Indiana Wesleyan University, Division of Nursing, professionally.
Education
* Master of Science in Nursing
* Current Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practictioner
Experience
* 1 year of experience as a NP.
Required Skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
* Professional handling of confidential information.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with students and faculty.
* Capacity to represent Indiana Wesleyan University, Division of Nursing, professionally.
