Clinical Role- Position: Locum CRNA
- Certification:
- Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
- Proficiency required in epidurals, spinals, and blocks
- Licensure:
- Active Indiana license preferred
- Will consider those needing to obtain one
- IN PCF (Patient Compensation Fund) coverage required
- Day
Hours:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Call
Hours:
4:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Call Type: OR & OB, Primary and Secondary
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes
- Supervision: By MDs
- Number of Providers Per Day: 6
- Case Types:
- ENDO
- OB (approx. 400-500 deliveries/year)
- Pediatrics
- Urology
- ENT
- General
- GYN
- Ortho
- EMR: Plexus
- Caselogs
Required:
Yes (must show proof of epidurals, spinals, blocks)
- Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Temporary Privileges: Available with clean background & unrestricted license
- Certifications Required (AHA Only):
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- A-rated malpractice coverage
