- Current, unrestricted LPN licensure and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours and function in diverse home environments.
- Preferred:
Home care experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour, with benefits such as health coverage, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k. The role emphasizes compassionate, equitable care and adherence to regulatory standards.
