Front End Service Team Associate

Job Overview

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs; this role may require standing for long periods of time.

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
