Compensation
Average all‑in pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $19 to $23 per hour.
New hire bonus ramp‑up structure available, with a simple $400 payout.
Responsibilities- Act as the face of the company and the most important position for generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as the first line of contact for customers every day with a positive attitude and engagement to drive sales.
- Demonstrate a willingness for income to match the effort you put in.
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
