Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions;
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and direct employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel according to site requirements;
Report security-related concerns, equipment issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel while maintaining detailed activity logs and incident reports;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
