What You'll Do As an Industrial Electrician, you'll take the lead on diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment. Your work will directly impact our production uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Electrical & Electronic Systems
* Diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 460V.
* Troubleshoot AC/DC motors up to 500 HP.
* Repair relay-based electrical control systems.
* Work with PLC Ladder Logic and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley required; Siemens is a plus).
* Troubleshoot and repair motor control drives (Eurotherm, Parker, ABB).
* Maintain and repair industrial heating systems (resistance-based).
* Install and start up new industrial machinery.
* Calibrate and inspect sensors and instrumentation including:
* Pressure transducers
* Pneumatic and electrical controllers
* Level indicators
* Temperature/pressure transmitters
* Limit switches and proximity sensors Mechanical Systems
* Diagnose and repair heavy industrial equipment.
* Replace shafts, bearings, gearboxes, drive chains, belts, and rollers.
* Perform basic welding on steel (aluminum welding is a plus).
* Align motors, shafts, machines, and gearboxes.
* Install and repair plumbing systems (air, water, drain).
* Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Repair pneumatic and centrifugal pumps, including multi-stage pumps.
* Support industrial water systems, boilers, and air compressors. Maintenance & Facility Support
* Perform preventative maintenance on production and plant equipment.
* Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
* Follow schematics, drawings, manuals, and written/verbal instructions to complete work efficiently Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* 3+ years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing or plant setting.
* Strong foundation in electrical systems, power distribution, motors, drives, PLCs, and instrumentation.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
* Experience programming or working with PLCs.
* AS degree in electronics/electricity or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred.
