You join a growing, climate-controlled food manufacturing organization that offers clear opportunities for advancement and hands-on technical development. The company emphasizes performance, supports upward career growth, and provides a stable environment where your skills in automation and robotics are valued. You benefit from structured time off, including a progressive vacation schedule and paid holidays, while working with modern equipment in an expanding facility that supplies products to well-known brands and outlets.

The role is based in a large food manufacturing facility with approximately 650 team members and an expanding production footprint. There are three openings: two on the night shift (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) and one on the day shift (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). The plant operates as an industrial bakery producing items such as cakes, muffins, and croissants and is fully climate controlled for comfort and product quality.

You work within a maintenance team of about 15 people, including supervisors and leads, in a highly automated environment with robotics, PLCs, conveyors, and advanced process instrumentation.
