Location:

Marion, IN Shift: 2nd Pay: $24.88–$27.38/hour

What You'll Do:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Install, assemble, and disassemble industrial machinery
• Inspect equipment to diagnose malfunctions
• Repair or replace defective parts using welding and brazing techniques
• Align equipment using precision tools and alignment methods
• Safely operate hoists, cranes, and jacks
• Use rigging equipment and dollies to move heavy machinery

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Millwright or Industrial Mechanic
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism with speed and attention to detail
• Reliable and consistent work history
