OTR Semi-Truck Driver - Hartson Kennedy; Part-Time

The OTR Semi-Truck Driver is responsible for transporting goods and materials over long distances using heavy-duty trucks, such as tractor-trailers or 18-wheelers. This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations, schedules, and federal transportation laws, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring cargo is delivered on time and in good condition.

• Transport countertops to multiple stops including DC’s, service centers and home delivery customers safely and efficiently
• Load, unload and secure freight and verify load accuracy against packing list and BOL
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
• Complete required logs, delivery paperwork, and documentation accurately
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure equipment and compliance
• Communicate effectively with outside customers, warehouse and office staff

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Ability to meet DOT physical and driving requirements
• Clean MVR
• 1 year tractor/trailer experience
• Strong Safety awareness and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• OTR and city driving

• Professionally represents Hartson‑Kennedy
• Flexible work schedule and/or overtime as needed (Monday-Friday)
• Available for occasional overnight runs (including over weekends)
• Ability to lift 125 lbs
• Must pass a background and drug test

• Competitive hourly pay
