Class A Driver Home EOD - $1600-$2200/WK (Full Time)

Class A drivers receive home every other day while running a dedicated account. The position pays $1600-$2200 per week, plus $0.80–$0.86 per mile and $325 per trailer unload. Training costs $150 per day for 2–4 days prior to deployment. A $2500 sign‑on bonus is paid over 6 months, and full benefits begin after 30 days.

• Deliver goods in MI, IN, IL, and OH using a conveyor belt system.
• Unload boxes onto the conveyor belt and ensure items are in good condition.
• Maintain mileage of 900–1200 miles per week while handling 3–4 trailers.
• Be home every other day for a 10‑hour reset and a 34‑hour work period.
• Train on the account for 2–4 days at $150 per day.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private‑property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
