Bookkeeper For 3-Month Project
We're seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper for a 3-month project to help bring accuracy, organization, and visibility to our client's financial records. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cleaning up data, solving discrepancies, and keeping financial operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports and support financial analysis
- Ensure records are organized, accurate, and audit-ready
