If you’re looking for the next stamp in careers passport – we’re looking for Sales Travel Consultants across Australia who are keen to dazzle, discover and delight our customers!

• Work full‑time, on‑site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade
• Plan itineraries, book travel and convert inquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets where you’ll sell the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more
• Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between
• Be the expert! Assist our customers with travel‑related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, what to pack, where to eat, what to avoid, you name it
• Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale – your pay is completely uncapped

• You’re a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and you’re the go‑to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks
• Great organisational skills – you’re the type to take notes, manage your calendar well and are quick to respond to your customer’s phone calls and emails
• Determination to meet your sales targets and KPIs while balancing your workload in a high‑pressure environment
• Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes our customers want to book with you every time
• A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between various complex systems to find the right flight and package options for your customer

• Your wage will be boosted to 65 k equivalent for your first 90 days while you learn the ropes; average earnings for a Travel Consultant in their first year are 70 k, while Senior Consultants average 100 k and Team Leaders average 138 k annually – including superannuation and penalty rates
