Job Title: Electronics Technician
Primary FunctionTest and troubleshoot a variety of electronic circuit card assemblies and support any special engineering projects.
Principal Responsibilities- Utilizing the customer s documentation to complete moderate to complex electronics analytics.
- Troubleshoot and repair Test Equipment and CCA modules.
- Able to solder both surface mount and through-hole components.
- Good working knowledge of ESD, J-STD-001, and IPC-A-610 workmanship requirements.
- Read and comprehend process documentation, assembly drawings and schematics.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
- Work will be conducted 100% onsite.
- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology/ Electronics or Trade School Certificate, or equivalent formal military training/work. RF test experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of test equipment (specifically DMM, Oscilloscope, Power supply, Signal generator, Modulation analyzer, Audio analyzer, Power meter, Frequency counter, Function generator and Spectrum analyzer).
- Detail oriented, accuracy with work, and organization skills are key to the success of this position.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. on regular basis.
- Ability to stand, sit and move around the facility varying amounts.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and automated test equipment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsive and approachable to internal and external customer requirements.
- Meet or exceed all AS9100 (Aerospace Standard) procedures and guidelines, as applicable to circuit card assembly testing and troubleshooting.
