Account Manager - Wastewater
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee our rapidly growing wastewater business unit, focusing solely on municipalities and government projects. This role requires an individual with a strong engineering experience and expertise in the wastewater sector, specifically within government projects.
Responsibilities- Oversee the wastewater business unit, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with government regulations.
- Collaborate with internal personnel who have crossover experience within the business unit.
- Manage relationships with municipalities and government entities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Pursue new project opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients in collaboration with the Client Success Manager.
- Ensure successful completion of projects, meeting both company and client standards.
- Experience in municipal wastewater projects.
- Engineering degree.
- Experience with government projects in the wastewater space.
Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred management experience.
- Familiarity with municipal engineering, particularly in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and surrounding areas.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $/yr. They are employee‑owned (ESOP) – ESOP eligible from day 1. 5‑year schedule – 20% per year, 20 years = $1m. 3% employee contribution to 401k no matter what. Lots of autonomy – 600 employees and only 75 in the office at any given time, no micromanaging, awesome work/life balance. Will look to get a solidified document to attach.
