Position Overview

As a Project Manager - Industrial Electrical & Inside Wiring, you will lead the execution of heavy industrial electrical construction projects, managing either a major phase of a large complex project or multiple mid‑sized projects typically ranging from $500K to $20M+.

You are accountable for scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction, from initial proposal and bidding through project execution and closeout.

This role requires a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented leader who thrives in fast‑paced, field‑driven environments and takes ownership of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases

* Manage industrial electrical and inside wiring scopes, including:

* Medium‑ and low‑voltage systems

* Electrical distribution and equipment installation

* Cable routing, terminations, and system integration

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards

* Oversee field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams

* Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

* Track and manage project costs, forecasts, schedules, and performance metrics

* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field operations to ensure successful execution

* Promote and reinforce Michels' safety‑first culture across all project activities

* Lead project closeout, commissioning coordination, and turnover activities
