Mister Car Wash is launching an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced customer service environment. The program provides a focused 16-week training experience to build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities that support long-term career growth at Mister Car Wash.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role, with a clear path toward Assistant General Manager.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager and participate in a 16-week training experience designed to prepare you for future leadership positions within Mister Car Wash.
