Adecco is currently hiring Production Associates for a leading agricultural processing facility in Marion, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals seeking stable, full‑time employment with a company that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.

As a Production Associate, you will support daily plant operations by assisting with production processes, material handling, quality checks, and general facility upkeep. Duties may include:

• Monitoring and assisting with production activities throughout the facility
• Collecting product samples and performing basic quality checks
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials using designated equipment and systems
• Completing routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment
• Supporting preventive maintenance activities and reporting equipment concerns
• Recording production information and completing required documentation
• Following all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient plant operations

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work a 12‑hour shift and remain active throughout the day
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
