Overview

This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Marketing Intern will support key initiatives, gain exposure to B2B marketing strategies, and develop practical skills while contributing meaningfully to team goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Trade Shows

* Support event and trade show planning and execution, including:

* Pre-event preparation (materials, checklists, invitations)

* On-site support as needed

* Post-event follow-up organization and reporting

* Assist with booth assets, signage, and other event-related materials

Marketing Operations & Systems

* Assist with Hub Spot data integration, organization, and cleanup, including:

* Data cleansing and list management

* Client segmentation and tagging

* Supporting business development process creation and documentation

Growth Markets & Competitive Intelligence

* Contribute to and assist with the Weekly Announcements newsletter

* Research current and emerging industries

* Identify and analyze potential growth markets and opportunities

Social Media & Content Support

* Assist in managing company social media platforms by:

* Creating visual assets

* Scheduling and publishing posts

* Supporting content organization and planning

Internal Marketing & Culture Support

* Support the Employee Experience Team and Office Manager

* Assist Marketing with E-Team initiatives

* Create and update internal marketing materials, including:

* Birthday and anniversary posters

* Internal TV screen presentations

* SharePoint graphics and announcements

* Office floor plan updates

Marketing Collateral Support

* Help manage brochure and line card inventory by:

* Tracking quantities and usage

* Coordinating reprints as needed

* Assist with light updates to marketing collateral

* All other duties as assigned.

Skills & Tools You'll Use / Learn

Design & Creative Tools

* Adobe Creative Suite:

* In Design

* Photoshop

* Canva for quick-turn graphics and internal materials

Marketing & Professional Skills

* Exposure to B2B marketing in a technical/industrial environment

* Basic CRM and marketing automation experience (Hub Spot)

* Project coordination and deadline management

* Cross-functional collaboration (marketing, sales, events, leadership)
