Director of Nursing

• Administer and manage Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders and residents’ total needs
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator
• Support quality care and nursing leadership within the assisted living and memory care center

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
