The Linn-Mar Community School District in Marion, IA is seeking a Health Services/Student Specific School Nurse (.5 FTE) to provide direct health services to individual students and participate in planning the health services program.
Responsibilities include managing health-related conditions, coordinating with families and physicians, implementing IHPs, and documenting care. Must hold an Iowa nursing license (RN with BSN preferred) and be able to lift up to 80 pounds as needed.
