Join a busy 34-bed Emergency Department providing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Minimum 24 months of Emergency Department experience
- Must have completed a travel assignment within the last 18 months
- Active Iowa RN License or Compact License
- EPIC experience required
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- TNCC
- NIHSS (may be completed during onboarding if needed)
Preferred: CPI, MOAB, MAB, or SAMA de-escalation certification (can also be completed during onboarding).
Unit Highlights- 34-bed Emergency Department
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4
- Mixed-acuity patient population
- Experience with drips and titratable medications
- EMR:
EPIC - Floating may be required to the Marion freestanding Emergency Department
- Scrub colors:
Black, Navy Blue, or Caribbean Blue (solid colors)
- Quick interview process – Candidates can expect a phone call/text from a 405 area code
- 50-mile local radius (local travelers receive a reduced bill rate)
- Orientation dates available:
August 31, September 8, or September 14 - Travelers are expected to work 1–2 of the 3 major summer holidays if the department is open
- Driver's license, resume, skills checklist, and required certifications must be included with submission
- Strong Emergency Department background
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Excellent trauma, pediatric, and critical care skills
- Flexible and team-oriented with recent travel experience
