• Operate gates and monitor access points to control entry and maintain security for facilities.
• Interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Remain calm in non-emergency and emergency situations.
• Be detail oriented and aware of surroundings at all times.
• Be available to cover vacant shifts (overtime).
• Be comfortable using a tablet and its functions for job-related tasks.
• Be reliable; excessive absenteeism will not be tolerated.

• Must have exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be disciplined to stay off personal phone.
• Must be able to walk extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license/reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass Iowa Department of Public Safety / FBI background check from age 18 to current.
• Must be able to pass company motor vehicle records check.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment 4-panel drug screen.
• Must be able to interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
• Must be able to remain calm in non-emergency and emergency situations.
• Must be detail oriented and aware of surroundings at all times.
