Schedule
Long days/nights, including some weekends and overnights based on projects and weather.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate heavy highway construction equipment
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance
- Haul equipment to job sites
- Assist with tools, labor, and site cleanup
- Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings
What You Bring
- Valid Class A or B CDL with insurable record
- 3+ months of equipment operating experience
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Physical Demands
- Work in all weather conditions
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Climb, stand, walk, and operate equipment for 10+ hours
- Work around active traffic and heavy equipment
