Join our team at the Towne Place Suites as a Front Desk Attendant. This is a front desk position with opportunities for cross training, career growth and mentorship. Pay range is $16 - $18 Per Hour
. Shifts are primarily 3pm–11pm with weekend availability required.

• Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor while interacting with all guests
• Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensure proper payment is received, note and fulfill special requests, and record accurate information
• Answer the phone in a professional and helpful manner
• Follow procedures for posting charges and settling guest accounts
• Effectively address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and hotel policies
• Practice punctuality for scheduled shifts

• Customer service experience
• Hotel experience is a plus but NOT required
• Attention to detail
• Reliability
