Qualifications- 5 years prior commercial construction experience
- AIA billing experience
- Procore experience
- Experience working with subcontractors
- GMP contract and billing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with solid decision making skills.
- Well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong software skills to include MS Office.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Salary commensurate with experience, anticipated range: $100,000 to $135,000 yearly
