• 5 years prior commercial construction experience
• AIA billing experience
• Procore experience
• Experience working with subcontractors
• GMP contract and billing experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with solid decision making skills.
• Well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong software skills to include MS Office.

• Bachelor's Degree

• Salary commensurate with experience, anticipated range: $100,000 to $135,000 yearly
