Lead accounting/finance team members and processes, perform financial and cost analyses to drive continuous improvement, and support corporate‑wide and product group initiatives. Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance.
• Five years of experience in financial accounting or a finance‑related field.

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Master’s degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance.
• Experience in accounting, credit and collections, information technology, financial analysis, project management, people development, procurement, human resources, contract management, risk management, internal controls, business law.
• ERP system experience (Oracle, One Stream, etc.).
• Desire and mobility to become a Controller or Department Manager.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
