We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team, supporting our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.
Responsibilities- Provide dental services to patients with the support of a multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize our practice equipment and systems, including Denta Pro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces, and yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
- Support a patient base primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location.
- Maintain office flow of an average of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
- Work with a team consisting of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.
- Manage a payor mix that includes state insurance plans, PPOs, and out‑of‑network providers.
- Guaranteed base pay over $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
- Sign‑on bonus of $50,000.
- Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month.
- No lab fees.

- Degree (DDS/DMD) from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where care will be provided or eligibility for licensure.
- Additional certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.).
- Notification:
Nitrous oxide certification required only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA. - Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
