Role Overview

Seeking a dental hygienist to serve as a trusted oral health provider and clinical partner, with autonomy in assessing patient needs, recommending care, and educating patients in a modern, technology-supported environment.

• Collaborate with the dentist to develop personalized care plans
• Use digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication
• Manage patient schedules and supplies independently
• Deliver thorough assessments and patient education
• Participate in hands‑on training and utilize advanced technology such as voice‑activated perio charting, 3D scanning, and AI tools
• Engage in ongoing professional development through structured programs and continuing education

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient education

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment
• Work with a team to ensure exceptional patient experiences
