Position Title:
Architect
The Architect plays a crucial role in shaping the built environment by contributing to various design projects. This position involves collaboration with a dedicated team to create innovative and functional spaces. The Architect will face challenges in understanding project requirements while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. A strong focus on communication and organization is essential to meet deadlines and support project success.

- Assist with drawings, specifications, and project documentation under guidance
- Support budgeting, cost estimates, and scheduling
- Utilize company tools and adhere to established processes
- Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
- Maintain organization, track time, and meet deadlines
- Build and nurture a professional network
- Prepare and review budgets and cost estimates
- Plan workload and understand project schedules
- Contribute to drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables
- Assist with RFP responses, including proposals, resumes, and presentations
- Identify and resolve project-related issues
- Manage own workload and timelines
- Build client relationships and support business development efforts
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Manage budgets and implement cost-saving strategies
- Oversee project progress and collaborate with Project Managers
- Mentor and guide junior staff
- Lead RFP efforts and participate in client interviews
- Ensure administrative tasks and documentation are completed
- 3-10 years of experience
- Architecture degree
- Licensed Architect
- Proficient in Word and Outlook
- Experience in government work or historic preservation is preferred
- Mid to senior level (Level 2 or
3) is preferred
- Medical + Dental & Vision
