Position: Licensed Social Worker

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field (School Endorsement Preferred)
• Appropriate State of Ohio Certifications/License
• Two years of teaching or other related experience
• BCI/FBI Clearance

• Collaborate with students, families, teachers, administrators, and community agencies to promote student well-being, improve attendance, address barriers to learning, and support academic success.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges.
• Assist students in developing coping skills, conflict‑resolution skills, emotional regulation, and positive peer relationships.
• Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community agencies.
• Conduct parent conferences and provide resources to support student needs.
• Connect families with community services, including mental health, housing, food assistance, healthcare, and other support programs.
• Facilitate communication among students, families, school staff, and outside providers.
• Contribute social‑developmental information for evaluations and educational planning.
• Support implementation of behavioral intervention plans and social‑emotional learning initiatives.

Salary:
To be determined based on experience and the board‑adopted salary schedule.

Contract Days: 183‑day contract with an additional 10 extended days.
