Service Excellence Ambassador

Ohio Health -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and Ohio Health physicians and associates;
Communicate patient location, condition, and treatment progress to visitors while maintaining confidentiality;
Act as patient advocate by investigating concerns and expediting admission and other delays;
Respond to special needs and ensure needs are being met, including escorting visitors/patients and assisting with wheelchairs;
Answer multi-line phone and transfer callers to appropriate patient room or other location; oversee information desks and lobby cleanliness
