Responsible for managing communications, taking and disclosing applications on behalf of the managing loan officers, supporting the team with communication via operations staff to facilitate the loan from contract to close. Support and guidance to customers throughout the loan process, pipeline management with World Class service for all parties in the transaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide WoW service from contract to close
  • Manage the pipeline
  • Document review/updates
  • Work with operations partners in all aspects of the loan process to closing
  • Coordinate with realtors and title company to arrange the closing
  • Communicate with agents to deliver Tuesday updates verbally and written
  • Takes loan applications and discloses to client on behalf of LO with updated needs list
  • Maintain regular contact with Managing Loan Officer on status of all active files
  • Organize and submit final loan file to MS within 24 hours of receipt
  • Discuss UHM products, terms and costs with borrower
  • Complete VOR, VOE and tax transcripts as needed
  • Order title, appraisal on files
  • Work with client and processor to facilitate gathering and submission of all conditions
  • Pipeline management with processor and team weekly meetings
  • Pre-close checklist with client 48 hours prior to closing
  • Attend weekly huddle with LOA Team leader
  • Attend all Sales Huddles
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience as a licensed loan assistant or processor
  • All licensing requirements must be met per the SAFE Act
Skills
  • Be structured, detailed and accurate in approach to tasks
  • Knowledge of the Encompass LOS and MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of agency guidelines on FHA/VA/USDA/CONV/HFA
  • Knowledge of RESPA and disclosure requirements
  • Ability to identify and resolve client issues with good judgment
  • Desire to work in an energetic and high‑paced environment
  • Skilled at multi‑tasking and staying organized with proper time management
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Loan Officer License in the state you do business
