* Position Summary:

** Support OTs in delivering exceptional patient care by focusing on therapy goals and patient progress. Use AI-supported tools to assist in documentation, allowing more time for quality patient interaction.
** Patient-Centered Care:

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
* Use AI technology to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions.
* Reduce administrative workloads and focus more on hands-on care.
** Education and/or Experience
*** Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Two (2) years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
** Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
*** Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
* Required within 30 days of hire
