State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at Marion Rehabilitation in Marion, OH, USA. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
  • Provide supportive care to residents, including transfer and mobilization assistance
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and following safety guidelines

Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
