Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
- Provide supportive care to residents, including transfer and mobilization assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and following safety guidelines
