Occupational Therapist; OT; SNF​/LTC

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment!

This is a direct hire / 'perm' position.

Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
