RFS Behavioral Health is growing our school-based therapy team across Ohio. We're looking for licensed clinicians who want meaningful work supporting children and adolescents—right where they spend their day.

Provide school-based behavioral health services including:
- Individual therapy and clinically appropriate services
- Assessments and treatment planning
- Crisis intervention and behavioral health support
- Collaboration with families, schools, and the clinical team
- Timely clinical documentation and coordination of care
Candidates with an applicable Ohio behavioral health license, including:
LPC | LPCC | LSW | LISW
Newly licensed and early-career clinicians who meet position requirements.
