RFS Behavioral Health is growing our school-based clinical team, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated therapists who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents.

Why School-Based Therapy?Meet students where they spend their day. Build meaningful relationships, address behavioral health needs early, and help children develop coping, emotional regulation, communication, and problem‑solving skills that extend beyond the classroom.
What You'll DoAs a School-Based Therapist, you'll:
- Provide individual and clinically appropriate therapeutic services
- Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support
- Collaborate with families, school personnel, and the RFS clinical team
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care and connect families with resources when appropriate
We're seeking clinicians who are passionate about working with children and adolescents and hold an applicable Ohio behavioral health license, including:
LPC | LPCC | LSW | LISW
Newly licensed and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply.
