Tri-Rivers Career Center Adult Education is now accepting applications for our January 2027 EMT Program in Marion, Ohio.

January 5 - May 2027 | $1,684 estimated total cost
Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 5:00-9:30 PM
1st & 3rd Saturdays, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

No EMT experience? That's okay. This program is designed to prepare students with the classroom instruction and hands-on skills needed to pursue Ohio EMT certification.

This is where I think the larger problem may be. You're essentially using a recruiting platform to sell education. It could still generate leads, but your strongest prospects may not be actively looking for school.

For this January cohort, I'd run a small recruitment campaign around one very simple message:

Then target people through your existing social channels, associate districts, local fire/EMS departments, healthcare employers, workforce partners, and former/current Adult Ed students. I'd also specifically market it as a pathway to Paramedicine, since you have that next step available.

One other thing I'd investigate: where exactly are people dropping off? If Job Target shows impressions → clicks → applications, that tells us whether you have a visibility problem, click problem, or application-conversion problem. Those require three very different fixes.
