Overview
Psych Pros is currently partnering with a well‑respected agency located in central Ohio (just north of the Columbus area).
We are seeking an experienced higher level management (Associate Director or higher) to provide leadership to a team of dedicated crisis workers.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will coordinate the implementation, development, organization, expansion, quality improvement and program sustainability. In this role, you will also work closely with other area leaders to ensure contract goals are being met.
Qualifications- Currently licensed in the State of Ohio at the independent level (LISW‑S or LPCC‑S).
- Preferred candidates will have some exposure to working with crisis teams.
- Ideal candidate will have at least 3‑5 years of supervisory experience at an Associate Director or Director level.
