The Marion Palace Theatre is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our historic nonprofit community theatre.
Working closely with the Executive Director, this position supervises the Box Office, House Management, and Custodial teams; supports payroll and HR administration; oversees technology systems; coordinates building maintenance projects; and helps ensure the organization’s daily operations run smoothly.
Located just an hour north of Columbus, the Palace presents local productions, nationally touring artists, concerts, films, education programs, and community events.
