Job Description
Base Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
ResponsibilitiesThe Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive environment that includes heavy lifting and manual handling of materials.
- Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
- Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
- Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, and routers as needed.
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
- Use a tape measure to read measurements (will be asked to demonstrate during interview). Inspect, examine, and observe product defects.
- Perform fraction and decimal conversions.
- Operate equipment necessary for job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to understand written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing.
- Preferably experienced in reading tape measures.
