Custom Staffing is partnering with a local
Manufacturing Companyto add a Fabricator to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.

Fabricator
Schedule
:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay
:
Starting at $24+/hour, based on experience
Employment Type
:
Direct Hire Opportunity
- AWS D1.1 Certified - MANDATORY
- Must be able to perform their own setups
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine exact fabrication specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects
- Clean, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on tools and manufacturing machinery
- Weld, solder, or fasten cut components together
